If you book or have booked a holiday with ENDLESSRIDE, or if you have signed up to our e-mail news letter via our web site we will hold certain information (name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers) about you on file for future use.

We would like to assure you that:

• This information will not be passed on or sold to any other party
• Information will be used in the processing of any booking that you have made or, from time to time, to inform you of our services (e.g. changes in the  holidays that we offer, current special discounts, availability)
• Any other information that we send to you will be relevant to our holidays (e.g. airline bike handling policies, mountain biking events in the area).
• We will not send you information or advertising from any other party.
• If at any time you ask to be removed from our database your details will be erased from our system within 48 hours. (To unsubscribe from our mailing list please reply to a recent mailing with ‘take me off’ in the subject line of your message and full details of any e-mail addresses that you may have used to sign up with in the body of the message.)
