A BRIEF HISTORY OF ENDLESSRIDE

The company is owned and run by Gareth and Sam Jefferies.

In the beginning in 2000 there was just the two of us and chalet Berger. We have grown over the years and, we hope without losing our personal touch, we now offer accommodation for over 20 guests in Morzine each week.

We provide a choice of services so there's something to suit every budget. Chalets Berger is run our premier service. Or in the Hotel Bel'Alpe things are more low key and flexible on a mainly B&B basis.

Our service starts from the first contact you make with us. Be it by phone or e-mail, you'll always get one or the other of us to deal with your enquiry personally. We know exactly what it's like in Morzine, what the mountain biking or road biking is like, what our chalets offer, what sort of fitness level you need etc. etc. so we can answer any queries you might have directly.

OUR SERVICES FOR BIKE RIDERS

Our central Morzine accommodations are prefectly set up for bike riders (mountain or road). We have:

• secure and spacious bike storage
• on site workshop with comprehensive tool kit and spares available for purchase
• flat areas for bike maintenance
• bike stands
• buckets, brushes and lubes for cleaning
• bike staff with extensive technical and local knowledge
• drying areas for wet kit
• a rescue service for you and your bike if you have an accident or major mechanical failure
• help dealing with local medical services and insurance companies

CHALET SERVICE- ENDLESSRIDE PREMIER

Each day there is an ample buffet breakfast with a daily special. When you come back from a tough day out there will be a freshly baked cake or biscuits for an instant sugar fix to keep you going until dinner. For 6 of the 7 evenings during your stay your chalet host will prepare a first class three course meal. You won't go hungry as there's always second helpings and you'll get a well balanced meal to keep your energy levels up for a good day in the mountain. Special diets, likes and dislikes, kids meals are all easily catered for. To accompany your meal you'll have a choice of good quality local wines. One day per week your chalet staff will have a day off allowing you to sample the local restaurants.

HOTEL SERVICE - ENDLESSRIDE FLEXIBLE

For many guests the evening in the chalet, chatting with friends over dinner and a few glasses of wine, is just as much a part of their holiday as the biking. Some people though would just prefer to ride late, grab a shower and a take away pizza then get out to the pub. An Endlessride flexible holiday in the Hotel Bel'Alpe offers just that.

The hotel is owned by the Berger family and they will deal with the day to day running of the hotel, providing breakfast and servicing the rooms. A member of Endlessride staff will be on hand though when you arrive and at breakfast each day to make sure that your holiday runs smoothly.

Breakfast is a hearty buffet including cereals, bread, jam, youghurt, eggs, ham, juice and hot drinks.

Some meals will be available each week including the renowned Endlessride BBQ and perhaps the odd curry or mexican night.

To allow our guests greater flexibility when booking their holidays the hotel Bel'Alpe can be booked on a per night basis. Essentially you choose when you want to arrive and how long you want to stay. We have a set price per night so for 4 nights it's a simple case of multiplication.

ENDLESSRIDE GUESTS

As a result of our 'hands on', friendly approach to dealing with our business and our marketing policies we attract a very varied customer base. We are proud of our record of attracting female guests and people who are as passionate about their cycling as we are.

Most of our riders are XC orientated although some have been known to turn into 'Freeride monsters' as soon as they hit the trails. We also get a few downhill bikers (the chalets are less than a couple of hundred meters from the Morzine DH course) and a fair few non riders who are simply just on holiday accompanying a biking partner.

ENDLESSRIDE STAFF

We have plenty of staff to look after you when you're on your bike. Our bike staff are there to help you maximise your trail time. They'll point you in the right direction to find the sweetest single track or the tightest downhill and they'll also be there at the end of the ride to help you find a cool beer and also help the bike 'fettling' pass just that little bit quicker. They are all experienced riders who are there to help you have a good holiday, not just to have one themselves!

There's also a member of staff in each chalet who'll be responsible for looking after you when you're not on your bike.
